Hmmm, where to start. Friday was pretty low key for me; I relaxed after work while Erik saw "Shoot 'em Up" with the boys. Saturday morning my brother arrived from Tacoma for a fun filled weekend. :) We (Ben, Erik, Todd, David, and Shari) went downtown to the Saturday market. It was fun looking at all the homemade crafts and food there. I wished I had about $200 to spend though.
Deep in thought on the max
Why is he so difficult?
a very still, very pink lady
His belt buckle says "Elvis"
After that Erik went to the batting cages and frolfing while Ben and I did some grocery shopping and later made a delicious steak dinner. Around ten we went to see "3:10 to Yuma". I absolutely loved the movie, the acting was awesome and you really can't go wrong with Christian Bale.
Ben had to take a power nap before the movie
Today Erik watched football all day with the boys and Ben and I took the dogs on an adventure through the forest. They had a good time playing in a creek and sniffing through the bushes. Then I had my first Noah's New York bagel for lunch, mmmm tasty.
Captain goes exploring
I shall call him "Nature Man"Pup loves murky water
I'm trying to look serious while wearing a funny hat
I also found a great vintage dresser at a used furniture store and spent some time sanding and painting it. The blue was a little brighter than I planned, but I really like it anyway. I need to do some touching up, but it looks pretty good in the pictures.
The drawer fronts are blue (obviously) and the rest is a very light beige I love the wavy drawers
